Welcome to Turnie™, a mobile travel planning application owned and operated by Justin HQ LLC. By accessing or using Turnie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the app. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Justin HQ LLC ("Company", "Justin HQ", "The Justin HQ", "Justin HQ™").

Acceptance of Terms

• By using Turnie™, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or services within the app. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the app. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or legal guardian accept these Terms on your behalf.

Account Registration

• To access certain features of Turnie, you may be required to create an account and provide personal information, such as your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Eligibility

• By using Turnie, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have a legal guardian who has accepted these Terms on your behalf.

  • You have not been previously suspended or removed from using Turnie.

  • You have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Conduct

• You agree to use Turnie in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • You will not use Turnie for any illegal, unauthorized purposes or in a way that violates the privacy of others.

  • You will not upload, post, or share any images, notes, or other content to which you do not have the necessary rights or that contains illegal, offensive, or explicit material.

  • You will not engage in activities that could harm or disrupt the operation of Turnie or its services.

User-Generated Content

• By uploading, posting, or sharing content in Turnie, you affirm that you have the rights to the content. You grant Justin HQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content for the purposes of operating, marketing and improving the app.

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or share in Turnie. Justin HQ does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Subscription Services

• Turnie offers premium features that are available only to Users with an active premium subscription. Subscription payments are managed through third-party services (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). All payment-related issues are subject to the terms of these platforms.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective platform (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of these platforms.

Third-Party Services

• Turnie may contain links to third-party websites, services, and content that are not operated or controlled by Justin HQ. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services.

• Turnie integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Maps for location and mapping services

  • Google Cloud Services for cloud-based data storage & compute processing

  • RevenueCat for subscription management

  • Google Play Store and Apple App Store for payment processing and distribution

  • Email Octopus for email related communications

  • Zapier for automation, surveys and other feedback related content

  • HubSpot for automation, content, CRM, marketing and other associated services with their platform

Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Termination

• Justin HQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Turnie at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your account and all associated data is subject to be permanently deleted.

• Upon termination, your right to use Turnie will immediately cease. Any outstanding obligations, including payment of fees, will survive termination.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Turnie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Justin HQ does not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruption. In no event will Justin HQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use Turnie, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Arizona, USA.

Changes to the Terms

• Justin HQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Modified Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of Turnie after the modifications take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
