What Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Name (May be delineated separately as First Name and Last Name)

  • Password (encrypted)

  • Profile picture

Travel Planning Data

  • Trip details

  • Notes, checklists, and additional description detail entered by the user

  • Collaborator information

  • Images you upload

  • Location data (when using map features)

Core App Functions

  • Providing trip planning features

  • Industry-standard encryption practices are implemented

  • Regular data backups are performed for system recovery purposes only

Important Note: While we maintain regular backups of our systems, these are strictly for technical disaster recovery purposes. These backups cannot be used to restore individual user data that has been accidentally deleted from your account. Please be careful when deleting any content as we cannot recover user-deleted data.

  • We use trusted third-party services:

    • Google Maps (location services)

    • RevenueCat (subscription management)

    • Google Play Store/Apple App Store (payments)

Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

  1. Access your personal information

  2. Update your account details

  3. Delete your account and associated data

  4. Request a copy of your data

Children's Privacy

  • Users must be 18 or older

  • Users under 18 need parent/guardian consent

  • We don't knowingly collect data from children

  • Parents should monitor children's app usage
