Q: How much does Turnie Premium cost?
A: Turnie Premium is available for $2 USD per month. This gives you access to all premium features including notes, checklists, and advanced collaboration tools.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We process payments through:
Google Play Store (Android users)
Apple App Store (iOS users)
All major credit/debit cards accepted through these platforms.
Q: How often am I billed?
A: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you initially subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month.

Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Q: What happens when I cancel?
A: After cancellation:
You'll maintain Premium access until the end of your current billing period
No additional charges will occur
Your account will revert to free features when the subscription ends
Your data remains saved but Premium features will be inaccessible

Q: What happens to my Premium features if I change devices?
A: Your Premium subscription transfers with your account when you:
Sign in on your new device
Use the same Google/Apple account
Download Turnie from the same app store
Q: Can I share my Premium subscription?
A: Premium subscriptions are linked to individual accounts and cannot be shared. Each user needs their own subscription for Premium features.
Q: What happens to my data if I cancel Premium?
A: After cancellation:
All your data remains saved
Premium features become inaccessible
You can still access and edit basic features
Upgrade again anytime to regain Premium access
Currency & International Users
Q: In which currency am I charged?
A: Charges are processed in USD but may be converted to your local currency by your app store or payment provider.
Q: Is Premium available in all countries?
A: Initially, Turnie will only be available in the US Google Play and Apple App stores. We will continue to roll out to additional markets as the application matures and meets the publishing requirements of those regions. However, the Turnie service itself can be accessed and used anywhere in the world once you have downloaded the app.
